PRIVACY STATEMENT
We want you to feel confident in our service and us.   All information will never be sold or traded to a 3rd party.   No information will ever be used except your email.   This will only be used to email you with conformation and newsletters.    If you do not want to be emailed with our specials or newsletter please let us know.  Our site is very secure.
 
ORDER PROCESSING POLICY
When you submit your order you will receive a conformation, by email, that your order was placed.   If you would like to order by phone please call us at 205-223-4086.   You may email us with a order and we will contact you for your credit card information. 
 
PAYMENT POLICY
Note:  All prices are in U.S. currency.   We accept credit cards.   If you are paying by money order or cashier check, it must be received and cleared before your item is shipped.   The buyer must pay for shipping and handling, unless otherwise stated.
 
SALES TAX
Alabama Residents will be charged 9% sales tax.   This will be automatically added to your bill. 
 
SHIPPING POLICY
Most items are shipped within 2-3 business days, by either DHL or USPS Priority Mail.   Our Hand Painted line may take 5 business days to ship.  So be sure to order your items on time.   We will email you when your order ships.    If an item cannot be shipped within those days we will email you with the correct shipping date.   You may also elect to have a item shipped at a different date, just let us know the date you would like the item shipped.   Express shipping will be quoted upon request.  Note:  Some items may be shipped separately.   At this time we do not ship Internationally
 
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase,  we take extra care to describe each item.     Remember each item may differ due to its uniqueness.   If you have a question about any item, please email before ordering for questions.
If you find that you must return an item, email us before returning for instructions.   All items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your item, unless otherwise stated.   We must receive the item in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was when shipped.    After we inspect the item we will issue you a refund, excluding shipping, & handling charges.   Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. 
                 Note: $20 Restocking fee &, or, 15% for Orders  Refused
 
DAMAGE POLICY
We do our best, but sometimes packages arrive with a broken item.   If you receive an item that is damaged, Please let us know and we will start the ball rolling to correct the problem.   You will need to keep the item for inspection.   A new item will  be mailed to you.  
 
EMAIL
We use email address for order conformation and to send out newsletters.   In our newsletters we will have monthly specials, articles, and exciting new products.    Note:   We will never sell or give any information out about your email address.
