Do you sell outside the US?
At this time we do not. Maybe at a later date. We sell to all 50 States including Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Alaska, & Hawaii, except our Hand Painted.
Any additional Shipping Charges?
We try to keep our cost down, but shipping to Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Alaska, & Hawaii cost more than normal. We are sorry but, we can not ship our Hand Painted to Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Alaska or Hawaii, We will contact you for any additional shipping charges with your approval All orders over a $125.00 are shipped free, but to ship to Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Alaska, & Hawaii, there will be an additional charge that will be billed to you, but discounts will be given to you for orders over $125.00. If the charge is not much over are normal shipping cost, then no additional charge. Please contact us if you have any questions on shipping. All order are shipped either by DHL or USPS Priority Mail.
What is the standard shipping time?
We ship within 2 to 3 business days usually, Our Hand Painted line may take 5 business days to ship, due to the processing time. Shipping to certain areas may take 7 to 10 days to receive their shippments. All order will be shipped by either UPS or USPS Priority Mail.
Will I be charged Sales Tax?
Only people who live in the state of Alabama will be charged 9% sales tax.
Minimum Order?
We do not have a minimum.
What if I am not happy with a item?
We want our customers to be very happy with the items they have purchased. Please remember that due to the uniqueness of each item, colors may vary. Email with your questions before you order. Just let us know and we will work with you. If you do want to return a item it must be approved first. Please email us within 48 hours. No item may be returned after 30 days of invoice. It must be returned in its orginial package and a copy of your invoice. After the item is inspected you will receive your money, less shipping,and handling. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. NO restocking fees unless you refuse an order, $20.00 for refused orders & 15% restocking fee. No order or item may be returned after 30 days of invoice. Email us with any questions.
How do I track my item?
After your order has been processed you will receive a email with your conformation number and tracking number.
Back Orders?
Sometime items are out of stock due to high volume, if this should happen we will let you know. At this time we will let you know when we expect to have the item back in stock. You will have the option to delete the item, choose another item, or wait till the item is back in stock. We try to keep our inventory stocked, but sometimes an item sells before we can note it in our web site.
What if a item is damaged?
We do our best to pack each item. If you do receive a item that is broken, just let us know within 24 hours and we will start the process. Yes we want you happy.
I need this item now?
Let us know if you need a item right away. We will do our best to ship that item(s). At that time we will let you know the additional charges.
Is there a restocking Fee?
No, but
If you refuse a shippment from our shipper without contacting us before hand, Yes. There will be a 15% Restocking Fee. We will also charge you $20.00 for refusing a shippment. So Please contact us before hand. No item may be returned after 30 days of invoice.
